We specialize in the renovation, renovation and conversion of old buildings while respecting traditions.

At Uudenmaan Perinnerakennus, we know how to renovate properties that are up to 100 years old! With over 20 years of experience, we work with traditional methods to achieve the contemporary atmosphere and style required by the building.

Our rule of thumb is that when repairing traditional buildings, you can't straighten out the curves to make the job easier, as this distances you not only from traditional construction but also from tradition itself. That's why we use old-fashioned working methods that give the surfaces that authentic, beautiful handprint.

We repair everything from the foundation to the interior
